Shipping policy

All items will be shipped insured for its full value via UPS.

FedEx is also an option if preferred. 

Custom Made Products

Most of our products are custom made and made to order. These items have a production timeline of anywhere from 2-4 weeks. You will receive an update email once your order is complete and ready for shipment. Pictures and video of product can be provided if requested. 

Customer will then be provided tracking information. Items ship within 3 business days after production is complete and customer is notified.

Orders are shipped fully insured for the full value of the order. 

Orders over $700 in value will be required to have signature confirmation at delivery. This is not optional.

Ready Made Products

Our ready-made jewelry is shipped within 3 business days. 

Customer will be provided tracking information once item ships.
